Summary: This has always been my go-to for a night away from home. This experience from check in to check out was not great. Customer service was horrible on both check in and out. Room was dirty. Hair in the tub, sink, floor and bedsheets. Floors had food crumbs. Air conditioner unit very loud. Desk staff said no other rooms available and they would sent room service to clean but they never came. Will not be returning to this location.

Summary: I arrived at 2:30pm reception said no room ready until 3pm but if I pay $50.- extra can check in right away with one queen size bed room. Extra charge for each vehicle $12 for over night
